Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Prior experience as a General Manager or equivalent in a fast food or hospitality setting
  • Ability to lead and develop a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to quality and high standards
  • Flexibility to work varied hours
  • Strong organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • Previous General Manager experience
  • Experience managing high volume quick service restaurant locations
  • Background in hospitality or retail is a plus
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • At least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant
  • Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
  • Work with leaders to set and achieve restaurant goals
  • Lead and coach Department Managers
  • Support Department Managers in setting their own goals and tracking progress
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • Maintain high operational standards
