Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Prior experience as a General Manager or equivalent in a fast food or hospitality setting
- Ability to lead and develop a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Commitment to quality and high standards
- Flexibility to work varied hours
- Strong organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous General Manager experience
- Experience managing high volume quick service restaurant locations
- Background in hospitality or retail is a plus
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- At least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant
- Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
- Work with leaders to set and achieve restaurant goals
- Lead and coach Department Managers
- Support Department Managers in setting their own goals and tracking progress
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- Maintain high operational standards
