Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a flight instructor
- FAA Certified Flight Instructor
- Minimum of 1,000 hours pilot in command flight time
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work extended hours
- Must be in possession of a current, valid U.S or foreign passport and able to travel freely between the United States and any foreign countries in which we may be operating
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for business purposes
- Proficiency in reading and speaking English
- High school diploma or GED

Job Duties
- Contribute to the development of the S4 pilot training course
- Contribute to the development of a standardized training course for S4 instructor pilots
- Deliver standardized modules including before flight planning and briefing, and after flight debriefs
- Analyze the performance of trainees and write reports on the findings
- Make recommendations regarding whether under-performing trainees should continue training
- Contribute to internal flight safety and standardization discussions
- Complete all required documentation in accordance with established Company and FAA procedures
