Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- minimum two years experience as a front desk agent, preferably in luxury or ultra-luxury hotels
- ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English
- working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- knowledge of PMS and hotel point of sales systems
- ability to stand for prolonged periods
- physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds
- attention to detail
- confidentiality of guest information
- ability to prioritize and organize tasks
- ability to work with minimal supervision

Job Duties
- Serve as ambassador for hotel
- oversee all overnight operations
- evaluate guest concerns, identify and implement solutions
- supervise overnight staff throughout hotel
- ensure each guest has a positive experience and all concerns resolved
- handle any emergency issues
- manage room inventory as appropriate
