Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • minimum two years experience as a front desk agent, preferably in luxury or ultra-luxury hotels
  • ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English
  • working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • knowledge of PMS and hotel point of sales systems
  • ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds
  • attention to detail
  • confidentiality of guest information
  • ability to prioritize and organize tasks
  • ability to work with minimal supervision

Job Qualifications

  • fluency in other languages preferred

Job Duties

  • Serve as ambassador for hotel
  • oversee all overnight operations
  • evaluate guest concerns, identify and implement solutions
  • supervise overnight staff throughout hotel
  • ensure each guest has a positive experience and all concerns resolved
  • handle any emergency issues
  • manage room inventory as appropriate
