Job Requirements

Minimum two years experience in guest contact position within luxury property
Hospitality trade school diploma or certification
Required to speak, read and write English
Fluency in other languages preferred
Ability to exert physical effort transporting up to 30 pounds
Ability to perform various physical movements and remain stationary as required
Satisfactory communication skills with guests and coworkers
Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to business needs
Commitment to maintaining high professional appearance and demeanor

Job Qualifications

Minimum two years experience in guest contact position within luxury property
Hospitality trade school diploma or certification
Strong communication skills including oral, written and listening
Exceptional guest relations skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with hotel management software such as OPERA, Knowcross, Alice preferred
Fluency in English, additional languages preferred
Ability to presell and upsell rooms and experiences
Proficiency in Excel considered a strong asset

Job Duties

Act as ambassador of hotel and representative of senior management for high profile guests
Maintain knowledge of property operations, hours, services and local attractions
Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly
Contact guests pre-arrival to identify special needs and update guest profiles
Coordinate with concierge and other departments on special requests
Manage daily arrivals report and ensure accuracy
Assist with pre-arrival communication to leisure guests
Generate guest itineraries especially for VIPs
Oversee Guest Recognition Program, including amenity placements and welcome cards
Be primary contact for VIP guests on and off property
Supervise butler team and assist as needed
Represent Assistant Director of Clienteling in their absence
Assist with gifting projects
Recover guests with issues ensuring appropriate resolution
Lead Rosewood Daily Review in absence of ADOC
Support sales efforts for special events
Monitor VIP arrivals and departures for personal welcomes and farewells
Inspect VIP accommodations to meet standards and coordinate with housekeeping and engineering
Maintain professional appearance and demeanor
Complete monthly reports timely
Perform other duties as required
