Job Requirements
- Minimum six months experience in fine dining or upscale setting
- Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize, organize and follow up tasks
- Ability to remain calm and resolve problems
- Ability to follow directions thoroughly
- Ability to understand guest service needs
- Ability to work with co-workers as part of a team
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel data
- Ability to communicate with bartenders, servers and customers
- Ability to read and understand instructions and safety rules
- Fluency in English
- Ability to endure physical demands including lifting 30-50 lbs overhead multiple times and lifting up to 50 lbs
Job Qualifications
- Minimum six months experience in fine dining or casually elegant upscale establishment preferred
- Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize, organize and follow up
- Clear thinker able to remain calm and resolve problems using good judgment
- Ability to follow directions thoroughly
- Ability to understand a guest's service needs
- Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel data
- Ability to communicate clearly with bartenders, servers and customers
- Developed language skills to read and understand instructions and safety rules
- Fluency in English, fluency in other languages preferred
Job Duties
- Stock all supplies in the main bar before, during and after each shift including paper goods, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, consumables, glassware, linen, condiments used in mixing drinks, stocking the bins
- Maintain cleanliness of bar and service areas through regular maintenance and nightly cleaning
- Assist cocktail servers in all aspects of food service including setting silver, serving food, and final cleaning of tables
- Buss all tables of glassware and debris during service
- Change all tablecloths and candles during service
- Maintain all standards set by Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek
- Attend all scheduled meetings
