Job Requirements

  • Strong foundation in marketing principles with hands-on experience supporting multi-channel campaigns
  • Excellent writing skills including proofreading and editing with adherence to brand voice
  • Strong project management skills managing multiple priorities and delivering on time and budget
  • Well organized and detail oriented with a commitment to quality assurance and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills with ability to work collaboratively
  • Ability to remain calm and exercise good judgment in challenges
  • High level of discretion handling confidential information
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Asana, Figma, and social media platforms
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and content management systems
  • Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, digital media, or hospitality
  • Minimum two years of professional marketing experience in hospitality, luxury goods, or related consumer-facing industry
  • Experience supporting integrated marketing initiatives such as social media, digital content, email marketing, or brand campaigns
  • Prior PR or communications exposure with hands-on marketing experience

Job Duties

  • Post and monitor social media channels on a daily basis
  • Strategize and coordinate press and influencer opportunities for The Carlyle and its dining venues
  • Manage publication of hotel-related content and eNewsletters
  • Oversee website updates and content accuracy
  • Administer email campaigns including copywriting and scheduling
  • Partner with Digital and CRM teams to improve guest experience through digital channels
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns with external agencies
  • Produce monthly and quarterly performance reports
  • Act as liaison to marketing partners, media, and external agencies
  • Coordinate production of marketing collateral and materials
  • Support the annual Marketing & Communications Plan
  • Handle marketing and media inquiries
  • Coordinate and manage photo shoots and filming onsite
  • Organize hotel-sponsored events and partnerships
  • Conduct site inspections for media and clients
  • Coordinate reservation requests and special guest amenities
  • Follow up on overflow sales and marketing calls
  • Address guest feedback professionally
  • Compile monthly marketing and PR reports
  • Maintain departmental files and confidential information
  • Attend evening and weekend events as required
  • Ensure compliance with hotel grooming and service standards
  • Model company culture, vision, and core values
