Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout shift
- Willingness to work outdoors in all kinds of weather
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities
- Forklift experience preferred but not required
- Commitment to safety and following company procedures

Job Duties
- Move and organize RVs and trailers using a forklift or other equipment
- Keep dealership lot looking sharp, clean, and customer-ready
- Stage RVs for display, delivery, and customer walkthroughs
- Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure correct RV placement
- Assist with light detailing and general lot upkeep
- Manage lot movement and inventory flow efficiently
- Follow all company safety procedures and remain alert
