Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Team player with reliable attendance and positive attitude
- Prior forklift experience preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to develop a career
- Must adhere to safety protocols and company guidelines

Job Duties
- Move and organize RVs and trailers using a forklift or other equipment
- Keep our dealership lot looking sharp, clean, and customer-ready
- Stage RVs for display, delivery, and customer walkthroughs
- Work closely with sales and service teams to make sure the right RV is in the right place
- Jump in on light detailing and general upkeep to help show off inventory
- Be the go-to for lot movement and inventory flow
- Be safe, be alert, and always follow company procedures
