Job Requirements
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Driver's license
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Professional personal appearance
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to meet company’s production and quality standards
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Ability to work evening, weekend and holiday hours as required
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, squat, lift over 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of federal, state and local requirements relevant to the dealership business
- Ability to work cooperatively with others and maintain positive employee morale

Job Duties
- Keep new and used vehicle lots neat and orderly
- Move RVs as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards
- Make daily inspection of showroom and service entrance doors and wash as necessary
- Keep sidewalks and streets free of debris
- Maintain dealership premises as directed by supervisor or manager
- Detail and make units ready for delivery
- Assist with pre-delivery inspections
- Perform janitorial work
- Perform other duties as assigned
