Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Two years of office management experience
  • motor vehicle or RV title and registration experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Review and process deal file for accuracy and compliance
  • submit deal files to Corporate Accounting and ensure finalization of postings
  • ensure accurate and timely titling and registration of customer vehicle purchases
  • submit and verify completed lien payoffs
  • reconcile and process daily bank deposits and assist with bank statement reconciliation
  • manage accounts receivable payments for accurate application
  • handle accounts payable expense coding and submission for payment
  • record and maintain new and used inventory in DMS accounting system and assist with inventory transfers
  • manage weekly and monthly inventory audits
  • act as liaison between dealership and Shared Services Center
  • implement policies and procedures to improve operational flow
  • assist with onboarding of new staff members
  • partner with HR to ensure timely processing of employee documents and requests
  • assist with employee timecard adjustments and approvals
  • maintain excellent relations between customers and store personnel
  • answer incoming telephone calls professionally
  • manage general office tasks including mail organization, filing, ordering supplies, scheduling and assisting with events
  • oversee visitors to the office ensuring a friendly and personal experience
