Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stay active throughout shifts
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
- Reliability and punctuality
- Team-oriented mindset
- Forklift experience is a plus but training is provided

Job Duties
- Move and organize RVs and trailers using a forklift or other equipment
- Keep dealership lot looking sharp, clean, and customer-ready
- Stage RVs for display, delivery, and customer walkthroughs
- Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure correct RV placement
- Perform light detailing and general upkeep of inventory
- Manage lot movement and inventory flow
- Maintain safety and follow company procedures
