Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience in lot management, inventory control, or a similar role preferably in the RV or automotive industry
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • proficiency in computer systems and inventory management software
  • ability to stand, walk, and move around the lot for extended periods
  • capability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
  • comfortable working in various weather conditions

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Oversee the placement, organization, and inventory of all RVs on the lot
  • Ensure all RVs are properly tagged, priced, and displayed
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and coordinate with the sales and service departments to track incoming and outgoing units
  • Greet and assist customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner
  • Provide tours of the lot and showcase RV features and benefits to potential buyers
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively
  • Manage and train lot staff, including sales associates, lot attendants, and maintenance personnel
  • Schedule and assign tasks to ensure efficient lot operations
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the lot, including landscaping, signage, and overall organization
  • Ensure all RVs are clean and in excellent condition for display
  • Coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs and upkeep of RVs and lot facilities
  • Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed by staff and customers
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and address any hazards promptly
  • Maintain accurate records of safety training and incidents
  • Assist the sales team with RV showings, test drives, and delivery processes
  • Provide detailed information about RV features, options, and pricing
  • Support marketing initiatives, including lot promotions and events
