Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience in lot management, inventory control, or a similar role preferably in the RV or automotive industry
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent customer service and communication abilities
- detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- proficiency in computer systems and inventory management software
- ability to stand, walk, and move around the lot for extended periods
- capability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- comfortable working in various weather conditions

Job Duties
- Oversee the placement, organization, and inventory of all RVs on the lot
- Ensure all RVs are properly tagged, priced, and displayed
- Conduct regular inventory audits and coordinate with the sales and service departments to track incoming and outgoing units
- Greet and assist customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide tours of the lot and showcase RV features and benefits to potential buyers
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively
- Manage and train lot staff, including sales associates, lot attendants, and maintenance personnel
- Schedule and assign tasks to ensure efficient lot operations
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the lot, including landscaping, signage, and overall organization
- Ensure all RVs are clean and in excellent condition for display
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs and upkeep of RVs and lot facilities
- Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed by staff and customers
- Conduct regular safety inspections and address any hazards promptly
- Maintain accurate records of safety training and incidents
- Assist the sales team with RV showings, test drives, and delivery processes
- Provide detailed information about RV features, options, and pricing
- Support marketing initiatives, including lot promotions and events
