Job Requirements
- 1-3 years required experience in hotel, motel, or hospitality
- RV Park or Resort experience preferred

Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in hotel, motel, or hospitality industry
- preferred experience in RV Park or Resort management
- preferred experience with Campspot Software

Job Duties
- Assist with oversight and support of office staff, housekeeping, maintenance, and ancillary employees
- Provide effective and on-brand communication to customers in person and via phone or email
- Assist with drafting, assigning, and documenting all service requests and work orders efficiently and courteously
- Respond promptly to company calls, prioritizing service requests and schedules
- Assist with cleaning, organizing, and preparing buildings, cabins, grounds, and common areas
- Ensure overall cleanliness and organization of office and storage areas
- Maintain inventory of office, resale, asset, equipment, and supplies
- Provide outstanding customer service and represent the brand professionally
- Assist with stocking, ordering, and receiving supplies for RV Park facilities
- Manage pre-registration, block reservations, group bookings, and same-day and future reservations
- Ensure staff attendance, punctuality, and proper uniform adherence
- Help schedule, plan, and train seasonal camp workers and interns
- Collaborate in sales, marketing, revenue optimization, and distribution initiatives
- Execute site rental agreements with seasonal customers and residents
- Oversee check-in/check-out and collect payments in compliance with policies
- Follow through on no-show, late cancellation charges, and cancel site reservations
- Collect rent from monthly tenants and issue delinquent notices
- Develop strong knowledge of local market trends, competitor strategies, and community opportunities
- Participate in recruiting, hiring, and ongoing evaluation of team members
- Provide updates to General Manager on work order status, customer communication, safety and security concerns
- Perform on-call duties as assigned
- Comply with all relevant laws, company policies, and safety regulations
- Perform all other assigned duties.
