Bretz RV and Marine is a well-established, family-owned and operated dealership that has been serving the Missoula, Montana community since its inception in 1967. Over the years, it has expanded to five dealerships across Montana and Idaho and grown its workforce significantly, now employing nearly 400 people. Job Requirements
- Ability to walk the dealership lot and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to bend, climb, and stoop
- Occasionally lift 20 lbs
- Work in various weather conditions
- Full-time availability including Saturdays
- Willingness to learn and apply the sales process
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required
- A passion for helping others and understanding customer needs
- Ability to connect with people and a strong work ethic
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software programs quickly
- Proficient in standard office tools such as G Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets) to manage office tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team environment
- Motivated to achieve personal and team goals while maintaining a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Dedicate yourself to learning and executing our proven sales process with excellence
- Use your skills to guide customers through a seamless buying experience, ensuring satisfaction every step of the way
- Continuously educate yourself on our products and inventory
- Become an expert in all things related to RVs and accessories to confidently answer questions and provide solutions
- Work closely with management to set clear, actionable goals that align with personal and company objectives
- Take ownership of your targets and strive for success by hitting or exceeding sales goals
- Be an active and positive team player, contributing to a supportive, high-energy work environment
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with sales strategies and product knowledge
- Embody the core values of Bretz RV and Marine in all interactions, aligning your work with the company’s mission and vision
