Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of hot and cold food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Portion, wash, peel, slice, and mix vegetables, fruits, pasta, and other ingredients
- Carve and slice meats and cheeses as required
- Measure and mix ingredients to make salad dressings, sauces, salads, and other food items
- Maintain proper food safety and sanitation techniques while preparing and handling food
- Report to work on time in proper uniform and adhere to cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Follow emergency and safety procedures and report any unsafe conditions or incidents
