Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • capability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • good communication skills
  • ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • physical ability to lift and carry items as required

Job Duties

  • Report to work on time as scheduled
  • maintain and clean uniform according to restaurant standards
  • practice positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits during shifts
  • exemplify hospitality standards by answering guest questions and handling requests or complaints with guest satisfaction as a priority
  • cooperate with management and co-workers by assisting others with duties when needed
  • communicate suggestions for improvement positively
  • follow all safety, health, and sanitation guidelines specified by the restaurant
  • report unsafe conditions and use materials and equipment properly
  • know emergency procedures in the restaurant
  • perform all duties and maintain knowledge of standards and procedures as stated in the associate handbook
