Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- capability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- good communication skills
- ability to follow instructions and work independently
- physical ability to lift and carry items as required

Job Duties
- Report to work on time as scheduled
- maintain and clean uniform according to restaurant standards
- practice positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits during shifts
- exemplify hospitality standards by answering guest questions and handling requests or complaints with guest satisfaction as a priority
- cooperate with management and co-workers by assisting others with duties when needed
- communicate suggestions for improvement positively
- follow all safety, health, and sanitation guidelines specified by the restaurant
- report unsafe conditions and use materials and equipment properly
- know emergency procedures in the restaurant
- perform all duties and maintain knowledge of standards and procedures as stated in the associate handbook
