Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in food preparation or cooking preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
  • Must maintain personal hygiene and clean uniform during shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in a line cook or food preparation role preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to follow recipes and company procedures accurately

Job Duties

  • Prepare a variety of hot and cold food items such as salads, sauces, side dishes, and appetizers
  • Portion, wash, peel, slice, and mix ingredients including vegetables, fruits, and pasta
  • Carve and slice meats and cheeses as needed
  • Measure and mix ingredients to make salad dressings, sauces, salads, and other food items following recipes
  • Maintain sanitation, cleanliness, and food safety in the work area including prep tables, countertops, floors, and refrigeration units
  • Follow all safety guidelines and immediately report unsafe conditions or incidents
  • Arrive on time for shifts, maintain proper uniform and hygiene standards
