Job Duties
- Report to work on time as indicated on the work schedule
- Ensure uniform meets restaurant requirements and is maintained and cleaned
- Practice positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits during all work shifts
- Exemplify hospitality standards
- Answer guests' questions about the restaurant
- Handle requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority
- Cooperate with management and co-workers to assist others with duties if needed
- Communicate suggestions for improvement in a positive fashion
- Follow all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines
- Report potentially unsafe conditions and use materials and equipment properly
- Know emergency procedures in the restaurants
- Perform all duties and maintain knowledge of all standards and procedures stated in the associate handbook
- Control seating arrangements to assure quality of service, guest satisfaction, and maximize sales opportunities
- Welcome guests warmly both on the phone and in person
