Job Duties
- report to work on time as indicated on the work schedule
- maintain and clean uniform to meet restaurant requirements
- practice positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits during all work shifts
- exemplify hospitality standards by answering guests' questions about the restaurant
- handle requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority
- cooperate with management and co-workers by assisting others with duties if needed
- communicate suggestions for improvement in a positive fashion
- follow all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines
- report potentially unsafe conditions and use materials and equipment properly
- know emergency procedures in the restaurant
- perform all duties and maintain knowledge of all standards and procedures as stated in the associate handbook
