Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • valid driver’s license
  • eligibility to work in the United States
  • ability to pass a criminal background check
  • ability to perform all food preparation and customer service positions
  • ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 60 pounds
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and closing shifts
  • strong communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
  • knowledge of computers including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • proficiency in all restaurant positions and production tasks

  • eligibility to work in the United States
  • ability to pass a criminal background check

Job Duties

  • Adheres to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize operating costs
  • accurately completes personnel/payroll related administrative duties on time and in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • accurately counts cash drawers and deposits monies in accordance with company procedures
  • ensures compliance with operational standards, company policies, and health department regulations, taking corrective action as needed
  • ensures consistent high quality of food preparation and service
  • maintains professional restaurant image including cleanliness and appearance standards
  • supervises portion control to minimize waste
  • places orders for supplies and resale items when instructed
  • completes inventory accurately when instructed
  • ensures positive guest service and responds to complaints to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests
  • ensures a safe working and guest environment to reduce risk of injury and accidents, completing accident reports promptly
  • manages shifts in absence of MP/GM or AGM, including daily decision making, scheduling, and planning while upholding standards
  • prepares weekly schedules at or below target hours
  • screens, interviews, and hires team members as needed
  • conducts new team member orientation and training
  • follows up on team member work to ensure compliance with policies
  • assists with team member check-ins
  • disciplines team members when necessary and informs GM of incidents
  • documents team member discipline properly
  • assists GM in community involvement and presence
