Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- availability to work weekends and holidays
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and stocking
- reliable transportation to and from work
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- availability for seasonal employment
Job Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- strong time management skills
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- good communication skills
- ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
- basic inventory management knowledge
- previous experience in retail or hospitality is a plus
Job Duties
- Greets, directs and responds to guest questions and needs in a timely manner
- stock shelves and displays with merchandise, ensuring proper rotation and presentation
- replenish inventory in the back room and ensure adequate levels of product
- ability to help guide and direct customers through the lines at your venue or recommend another venue based off what the guest is looking for
- maintain a clean and organized stock room/storage shelves
- maintain accurate inventory records daily
- monitor the floor for potential theft
