Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
previous experience as a runner or expo preferred
ability to stand and move for extended periods
strong interpersonal skills
ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

experience in a fast-paced food service environment
excellent communication skills
ability to multitask and work under pressure
team player with a positive attitude
knowledge of food handling and safety practices

Job Duties

Read tickets, finish plates and run food or delegate to a team member
describe dish being dropped at the guest's table and ensure they are satisfied before returning to the kitchen
retrieve any items guests may need to accompany their meal
assist servers in side work during down times
be sure station is set with all items needed by both the BOH and the FOH
maintain a clean workstation
