Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures
- Satisfactory background check
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in cashier or food service roles preferred
- Basic knowledge of POS or similar ordering systems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong guest service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Excellent internal/external guest service
- Greet guests and take order immediately
- Know the procedures for ordering through POSI system, accepts cash, credit cards, comps and coupons
- Responsible for balancing register
- Circulate within your section to remove used plates, clean tables and keep beverages full
- Set up and break down
- Other reasonable duties as assigned
