Job Requirements

- Positive attitude, professional appearance, professionalism, active engagement in teamwork and sense of urgency a must
- Patience, cool-headedness, and passion for making people smile
- Ability to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for several hours at a time
- Good sense of balance
- Ability to bend, reach, mop, sweep, and kneel
- Ability to lift bus tubs, glass racks and trays frequently weighing up to 25-50 pounds
- Ability to work in both hot and cold temperatures
- Age 16 or older

Job Duties
- Deliver food from the kitchen in a timely manner
- Continual assessment of guest’s experience by checking back after delivery of food for additional condiment needs, maintaining nonalcoholic drink levels, removing clutter, pre-bussing as necessary and proactively addressing guest needs in a timely manner
- Refill non-alcoholic drinks as needed
- Manicure tables as needed and remove trash from tables as guests finish meals
- Bus tables and reset for new guests’ arrival
- Reset and restock all condiments on tables, galley, and dining areas
- Perform and uphold sanitation for kitchen spaces, floors, equipment, and tools
- Clean and sanitize table top and guest service areas
- Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Assist others and perform additional duties as directed
