Job Duties
- Deliver food from the kitchen in a timely manner
- continual assessment of guest’s experience by checking back after delivery of food for additional condiment needs, maintaining nonalcoholic drink levels, removing clutter, pre-bussing as necessary and proactively addressing guest needs in a timely manner
- refill non-alcoholic drinks, as needed
- manicure tables as needed, remove trash from tables as guest’s finish meals
- bus tables/bowling lanes and reset for new guests’ arrival
- reset and restock all condiments on tables, galley, and dining areas
- perform and uphold sanitation for kitchen spaces, floors, equipment, and tools
- cleans and sanitizes table top and guest service areas
- thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
- performs opening/closing duties
- assist others and perform additional duties as directed
