Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment
- food handlers' card and state recognized responsible alcohol certification is required
- able to frequently bend, squat, reach overhead, and lift up to 20 pounds
- able to occasionally kneel and lift up to 50 pounds
- seldom be climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting over 50 pounds
- must be fluent in English and able to write in basic English
- excellent communication and professional interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Greet fans warmly and ensure a seamless experience from arrival to departure
- engage with fans, coworkers, and managers in a professional and friendly manner
- collaborate across the hospitality team to deliver a one-team experience
- adhere to Cosm's pillars of service and uphold brand standards
- deliver food and beverage orders promptly, accurately, and with proper presentation
- assist with bussing, pre-bussing, and table resets throughout the venue
- support kitchen and service staff by completing side work and prep tasks as needed
