Job Requirements

Must be able to frequently bend, squat, reach overhead, and lift up to 20 pounds
Will be occasionally kneeling and lifting up to 50 pounds
Will seldom be climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting over 50 pounds
Must be of legal age to deliver alcohol in accordance with local and state laws
Must hold a food handlers card
Must have responsible alcohol certification
Must have excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

Previous bussing or food delivery experience is preferred but not required
Excellent communication and professional interpersonal skills
Must be fluent in English and able to write in basic English
Food handlers card and state recognized responsible alcohol certification
Knowledge of company products, services, and current promotions
Ability to follow company policies and service standards

Job Duties

Greet fans warmly and ensure a seamless experience from arrival to departure
Engage with fans, coworkers, and managers in a professional and friendly manner
Collaborate across the hospitality team to deliver a one-team experience
Deliver food and beverage orders promptly, accurately, and with proper presentation
Assist with bussing, pre-bussing, and table resets throughout the venue
Support kitchen and service staff by completing side work and prep tasks as needed
Maintain appropriate stock levels in coolers and service stations
