Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 years
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
- Must be able to bend, stoop, and perform physically active tasks
- Availability for flexible shifts including days, nights, and weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Adherence to company policies and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus but not required
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Willingness to learn and follow safety and sanitation procedures
Job Duties
- Greet every player with a smile and friendly energy
- Deliver food and drinks to bays efficiently ensuring player satisfaction
- Assist in preparing non-alcoholic beverages and maintain clean and stocked service areas
- Bus bays and tables and fold napkins to Topgolf standards
- Support team by restocking stations, helping on the tee line and keeping common areas clean
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to provide a safe environment
- Embody and promote Topgolf's core values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring
