Job Duties
- Transport and deliver food drinks and supplies from storage or prep areas to various concession stands before and during events
- Restock stands with items such as utensils napkins condiments paper goods and beverages to prevent shortages during peak times
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas storage and preparation areas by monitoring trash levels replacing liners and performing cleaning duties
- Follow safety standards by safely handling and transporting both hot and cold food items adhering to all health codes food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist with equipment setup and breakdown and perform other assigned side work to ensure smooth operation of concessions
- Interact with customers to help ensure their satisfaction and communicate their needs to supervisors
