Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse or inventory handling experience preferred
- Ability to use computer systems for inventory management
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members
- Basic knowledge of warehouse safety protocols
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Valid driver's license may be required depending on location
Job Duties
- Verify shipping records and correct packaging and labeling
- Unpack received goods and check for damage and accuracy of shipment
- Work with materials transport companies to ensure timely deliveries
- Provide excellent service to internal and external customers in receiving and distributing merchandise
- Comply with delivery schedules and process deliveries accurately and efficiently
- Execute ticketing processes according to company standards
- Stock shipments accurately and prepare daily orders according to store requisitions
- Review orders for accuracy and manage inventory using computer systems
- Transport orders and returns between warehouse and stores
- Identify damaged and expired products and implement product rotation
- Follow all security and safety procedures
- Assist with warehouse maintenance, bin location upkeep, and physical inventory processes
- Maintain HACCP charts and cold storage units where applicable
