Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to operate POS system
- previous food preparation or cashier experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- physical ability to lift and move stocked items
- good communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to perform cleaning duties

Job Duties
- Help prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts
- assist in preparing catering orders
- operate the Point of Sale system and perform cashier duties
- perform general cleaning duties including trash removal
- provide service in retail areas including line serving and cashiering
- inventory and restock supplies and food products
- set up serving line ensuring proper food temperatures
- serve hot and cold items to customers
- keep refrigerator stocked and rotate products using first in, first out rule
- stock pantries with correct par levels
- record replenished amounts and refrigerator temperatures
- perform other duties as assigned
