Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment helpful
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- Prepares station with under-liners, doilies, gravy boats, ramekins, serving spoons, pizza stands, pizza servers, condiments and sauces
- keeps trays clean and lined with unsoiled linen
- carefully assembles food order by reading dupe thoroughly and matching items to table order
- checks all dupes for special instructions and completes directives
- ensures garnishes are properly placed
- assists expediter in wiping clean plates before delivery
- pages servers to alert them to pick up food or tables being served
- calls food orders to line when expediter not available
- follows all chef directions regarding food service
- assists servers in carrying food to correct stations and tables
- serves food to guests from appropriate side and never leaves food unattended
- serves food to proper guest position without auctioning
- communicates 86'd or counted down items to servers and bartenders
- keeps line stocked and clean before, during and after service
- communicates significant matters and assists in corrective action
- maintains respectful and cooperative relationships with employees
- supports bus and service staff when not running food
