Job Duties
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests in a timely and organized manner
- Ensure all dishes are accurate, properly plated, and meet presentation standards before leaving the kitchen
- Announce dishes upon delivery and describe items when necessary
- Verify dietary restrictions, modifications, and special requests
- Assist servers with table maintenance and guest needs
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and front-of-house team
- Maintain cleanliness of expo line and service areas
- Assist with side work, including polishing silverware and restocking stations
- Support team members during peak business hours
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
