Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- At least two years experience as a busser or food runner
- Ability to carry three entrée plates simultaneously for distances up to 150 feet
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Ability to maintain personal hygiene and well-groomed appearance
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to transport up to 50 pounds continuously
- Must have a working email for manager communication
- Phone number with voicemail setup
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Ability to effectively listen and follow directions
- Willingness to exceed guest expectations
Job Qualifications
- Has been working in the food and beverage industry as a busser or food runner for at least two years
- Must have the ability to skillfully carry three entrée plates at the same time for long distances up to 150 ft
- Ability to retain and recite menu details
- Understand the expo process in a fine dining restaurant
- Ability to read kitchen tickets including seat numbers, table numbers, and course breakdowns
- Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage preparations, table settings, service standards, guest relations and etiquette
- High school diploma
- Ability to succeed in a fast paced environment
- Maintain personal hygiene and well-groomed appearance standards
- Ability to work independently or in a team setting during set up and execution of service
- Willingness and drive to exceed guest expectations
- Ability to effectively listen and take direction from supervisor
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a smile

Job Duties
- Deliver food and beverages from kitchen to guests in VIP Club and Box Seats in a timely and organized manner utilizing kitchen ticket information including table and seat numbers
- Lead communication between servers and culinary team
- Read kitchen tickets to ensure quality and accuracy of all orders
- Monitor and observe guest dining experience to ensure satisfaction
- Respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate requests to server immediately
- Maintain overall cleanliness of the restaurant and service areas
- Assist bussers as needed with clearing tables especially during peak periods and large parties
- Provide guidance to guests including dining options and general attraction information
- Perform general cleaning tasks adhering to health and safety standards
- Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor
