High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to think quickly and perform well under pressure
Ability to be on your feet for extended periods
Ability to carry or lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to walk, bend, twist, and climb stairs
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Prepare dining room for guests by cleaning and setting tables
Transport all dirty tableware from the dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning
Monitor and maintain table settings by removing dishes as they are completed, replenish drinks and utensils, clean spills and attend to guest requests
Support and collaborate with service staff by setting up and replenishing condiments, assist with delivering food, retrieve supplies as required, and organize and clean all stations
