Job Requirements
- Must have excellent attendance and ability to work scheduled events
- Must be able to prepare and stock Pantry with products, utensils, and supplies
- Ability to maintain cleanliness in multiple work areas
- Ability to assist Suite Attendants, Servers, and Bartenders
- Must be able to set tables and reservations accurately
- Ability to answer the phone and take guest orders
- Must adhere to sanitation, health and safety standards at all times
Job Qualifications
- Ability to communicate clearly with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff, and guests
- Ability to speak, read and write in English
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
- Possess valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit based upon age
- Excellent customer service skills
Job Duties
- Prepare the Pantry prior to each event by fully stocking product and cleaning the area
- Keep the restaurant and catering work areas and equipment clean
- Assist Suite Attendants and Servers
- Set tables and reservations
- Assist bartenders with re-stocking or retrieving needed items
- Deliver orders to guests tables and suites
- Answer the phone and take orders
- Keep Suite work areas and equipment clean
- Assist in the set up of Suites and Restaurant
- Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas
- Demonstrate excellent attendance
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or management
