Job Duties
- Go the extra step to accommodate guest requests and suggestions to ensure they receive a remarkably consistent and positive experience
- Genuinely care about and communicate with guests including connecting them with a manager on duty should we need to find a solution to a conflict or problem
- Effectively finesse the menu, allergy policies and procedures and communicate your vast knowledge and expertise about activities, food, and bar menus with ease
- Work each shift with a safety mindset. Be proactive in regards front of the house and back of the house safety (food safety, potential hazards for employees or guests)
