Job Duties
- Deliver concessions items kitchen items and bar items to guests including utensils sauces and napkins while embodying Nice and Amazing Service by following all In Seat Dining procedures
- Work closely with expediter to ensure all food is delivered simultaneously in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Demonstrate commitment and integrity at all times double check that orders are correct and complete and communicate with kitchen expediter supervisors if they are not
- Guide guests through the menu and suggest promotions add-ons or upselling demonstrating knowledge of menu and Cinepolis offerings if guests would like to order more items
- Clean auditoriums removing all dishes trash and providing managers with any found items
- Be of service to your team members and assist them when needed including scanning tickets for guests cleaning and restroom checks and ringing up guests at concessions or box office
- Navigate guest complaints and assist with requests or direct them to proper resource if unable to assist
- Be cognizant of issues with movie projections communicating with management when issues arise
- Complete all opening mid and closing procedures including but not limited to other duties
- Acknowledge guest by Cinepolis standards
- Attend and participate in trainings and meetings
