Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service, concessions, or warehouse operations preferred
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and event days
- Must have strong communication skills and team spirit
- Dependability and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to operate carts, dollies, or pallet jacks safely

Job Duties
- Restock food, beverage, and paper products at concession stands before, during, and after events
- Transport product from storerooms, coolers, and prep areas to assigned locations
- Monitor inventory levels at each stand and communicate restocking needs to supervisors
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in storage, back-of-house, and concession areas
- Assist with basic food handling, portioning, and preparation as directed
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines
- Support event setup and breakdown, including stocking shelves, cleaning equipment, and removing waste
- Operate carts, dollies, or pallet jacks safely when transporting product
- Work collaboratively with concession team, kitchen staff, and management to ensure efficient operations
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the Food & Beverage team
