Job Duties
- Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor
- demonstrate competency in steps of service
- maintain accurate knowledge of all menu items especially allergies
- expedite the line during service
- memorize all table numbers and seat numbers
- be comfortable carrying a tray of plates from the kitchen to guests’ tables
- work on feet for extended periods with high stamina
