Job Requirements

Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for entire shift
Must have a good sense of balance, be able to lift, bend, kneel, stoop, squat, push and pull
Must be able to frequently lift food, and other items weighing up to 50 pounds
Position involves repetitive hand and wrist motion
Must successfully participate in E-Verify process to confirm employment eligibility

Job Qualifications

Minimum age requirement is 17 years of age for this position
High school diploma, equivalency degree or related experience preferred
Demonstrates good judgment
Pleasant, cooperative and takes direction well with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Exhibits and uses good manners, proper personal hygiene, positive attitude, and promptness
Able to perform under pressure in a high-volume restaurant setting
Able to interact verbally and listen attentively to guests, co-workers, and supervisors

Job Duties

Present self in courteous and professional manner to guests at all times
Check orders for accuracy prior to serving to ensure food items are as guests ordered (sides, extras, etc.)
Deliver food orders with appropriate garnishments
Deliver food orders timely and, where multiple guests involved, at the same time
Communicate important information to guests (example: hot plate) and servers (example: guest seeking drink from bar)
Respond to guests' requests for condiments or other items
Continually clear away dishes and debris from stations
