Job Requirements

must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for entire shift
must have a good sense of balance, be able to lift, bend, kneel, stoop, squat, push and pull
must be able to frequently lift food and other items weighing up to 50 pounds
position involves repetitive hand and wrist motion

Job Qualifications

minimum age requirement is 17 years of age for this position
high school diploma, equivalency degree or related experience preferred

Job Duties

presents self in courteous and professional manner to guests at all times
checks orders for accuracy prior to serving to ensure food items are as guests ordered (sides, extras, etc.)
delivers food orders with appropriate garnishments
delivers food orders timely and, where multiple guests involved, at the same time
communicates important information to guests (example: hot plate) and servers (example: guest seeking drink from bar)
responds to guests' requests for condiments or other items
continually clears away dishes and debris from stations
has knowledge of table numbers and the physical layout of the restaurant to ensure prompt and proper service to guests
brings guests' inquiries regarding food allergies to the Manager's attention immediately
ensures station is suitable for serving and meets company standards
