Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • 3-5 months running food order experience or training
  • Ability to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift 20 lbs regularly
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation
  • Ability to follow instructions and multitask
  • Strong urgency and quality in work ethic
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Positive customer service attitude
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to use standard spreadsheets for inventory

Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • 3-5 months running food order experience or relevant training
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • Ability to take direction and multitask with strong urgency and quality
  • Work well under pressure and in a team environment
  • Problem-solving abilities and self-motivated
  • Positive, customer service oriented attitude
  • Maintain proper grooming and dress code

  • Ability to accurately record inventory using standard spreadsheets

Job Duties

  • Comply with standards of service and assist in assuring the same from all department staff
  • Provide the highest level of customer service to meet company expectations
  • Perform all duties as assigned by the Suites and Catering Manager and Pantry Coordinator
  • Properly rotate all items in storage
  • Run food and drink orders from kitchen to pantry promptly
  • Assist Suite Servers as needed
  • Help resolve any on-the-job issues and maintain guest satisfaction
