Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • 3-5 months running food order experience and/or training
  • strong understanding and knowledge of food safety, sanitations and food handling procedures
  • ability to take direction
  • ability to multitask
  • must provide a strong work ethic including urgency and quality in a team environment
  • ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • problem solving abilities
  • self motivated and organized
  • ability to work well with others of all ages and backgrounds

  • maintains proper grooming and dress code standards

  • ability to work irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Comply with standards of service and assists in assuring the same from all department staff
  • must provide the upmost highest level of customer service as to adhere to company expectations
  • performs all other duties as assigned by the Suites and Catering Manager and Pantry Coordinator
  • properly rotate all items in storage
  • run food and drink orders from kitchen to pantry promptly
  • assist suite servers as needed
  • help resolve any problems that may arise on the job
