Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 3-5 months running food order experience and/or training
- Strong understanding and knowledge of food safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
- Ability to take direction, multitask and follow through on tasks
- Work ethic including strong urgency and quality in a team environment
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Problem solving abilities, self-motivated and organized
- Ability to work well with others of all ages and backgrounds
- Positive customer service oriented attitude
- Maintains proper grooming and dress code standards
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to accurately record inventory items using standard spreadsheets

Job Duties
- Comply with standards of service and assist in assuring the same from all department staff
- Provide the upmost highest level of customer service as to adhere to company expectations
- Perform all other duties as assigned by the Suites and Catering Manager and Pantry Coordinator
- Properly rotate all items in storage
- Run food and drink orders from kitchen to pantry promptly
- Assist Suite Servers as needed
- Help resolve any problems that may arise on the job
