Job Requirements
- 21 years of age
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Must obtain health, TAM, and non-gaming cards
- Ability to lift or carry 50 pounds unassisted
- Willingness to work outdoors in heat or cold
- Ability to access all property areas including driving
- Maintain composure under pressure
- Ability for prolonged periods of walking, standing, bending, and kneeling
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with exposure to environmental factors
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year high volume experience as a runner in a butler’s area preferred
- Experience in a hotel casino environment preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing
- Possess superior customer service skills
- Maintain professional, neat, and groomed appearance
- Adhere to guest service standards consistently
- Able to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Facilitate all guest requests including shopping and food delivery for butler areas
- Deliver products consistently to all suites and maintain cleanliness of assigned outlets and equipment
- Assist bartenders and operate bar equipment, prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Ensure assigned areas are clean, well-stocked, and comply with health codes
- Provide unmatched service and proactively seek guest service opportunities
- Interact professionally with guests taking and delivering drink orders
- Handle cash and credit transactions associated with beverage sales
- Comply with company policies and maintain safety standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
