Job Requirements
- 21 years of age
- Proof of authorization or eligibility to work in the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift or carry 50 pounds unassisted
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to physically access all areas of the property
- Ability to walk, stand, stretch, bend, and kneel for prolonged periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy environment
- Ability to interact appropriately and effectively with guests and team members
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year high volume experience as a runner for butler’s area preferred
- Experience in a hotel casino environment preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written English
- Strong interpersonal skills with attention to guest needs
- Ability to maintain professional appearance adhering to company standards
- Must possess superior customer service skills
- Must be able to obtain Health, TAM, Non-gaming cards
Job Duties
- Facilitate all guest requests including shopping and delivering food for butler areas
- Assist in all aspects of butler operations and maintain cleanliness of assigned outlets and stations
- Communicate items to be ordered to management
- Efficiently take beverage and food orders and prepare drinks according to specifications
- Operate all bar equipment and assist bartenders when needed
- Ensure assigned areas are clean, well-stocked, and comply with health codes
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Provide unmatched guest service by proactively seeking service opportunities
- Maintain composure under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
- Perform other related duties as assigned
