Job Requirements
- 21 years of age
- proof of authorization and eligibility to work in the United States
- ability to communicate effectively in a positive and upbeat fashion utilizing English
- maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance
- work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- minimum of one year experience in a similar role preferred
- ability to obtain necessary health and gaming cards
- possess superior customer service skills
- ability to lift or carry 50 pounds unassisted
- willingness to work outdoors in seasonal heat or cold and inclement weather
- ability to access all areas of the property
- maintain composure under pressure
- ability to interact appropriately with guests, management, and team members
- ability to walk, stand, stretch, bend, and kneel for prolonged periods
- ability to work in a fast-paced and busy environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing
- interpersonal skills focused on guest needs
- maintain a professional and neat appearance
- adherence to guest service standards
- minimum of one year high-volume experience as a runner in a butler's area preferred
- experience in a hotel casino environment preferred
- ability to obtain health, TAM, and non-gaming cards
- superior customer service skills
Job Duties
- Facilitate all guest requests including shopping for guests on-site and off-site
- deliver food for all butler areas
- assist all aspects of butler operations
- maintain cleanliness of assigned outlets, butler stations, and equipment
- communicate items to be ordered to management
- deliver products consistently to all suites
- run and stock items necessary for operation of bars
- assist bartenders when needed
- take beverage and food orders efficiently
- prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per specifications
- operate bar equipment
- ensure assigned areas are clean, well-stocked, and ready for business
- comply with Clark County Health Codes
- provide unmatched guest service
- handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- provide service or assistance to meet guest needs
- comply with department policies
- perform duties requiring physical and mental dexterity
- use equipment, tools, or systems related to the service
- maintain safety standards
- maintain consistent attendance
- perform other related duties as assigned
