Job Requirements
- 21 years of age
- proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to communicate effectively in English orally and in writing
- interpersonal skills with focused attention to guest needs
- maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance
- maintain consistent adherence to guest service standards
- work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- minimum of one year high volume experience as runner preferred
- experience in hotel casino environment preferred
- must be able to obtain Health, TAM, Non-gaming cards
- must possess superior customer service skills
- physical ability to lift or carry 50 pounds unassisted
- willingness to work outdoors in seasonal heat or cold and inclement weather
- ability to physically access all property areas
- ability to maintain composure under pressure
- ability to interact effectively with guests, management, team members and outside contacts
- ability to walk, stand, stretch, bend, and kneel for prolonged periods
- ability to work in fast-paced and busy environments
- ability to work indoors and be exposed to environmental factors such as CRT, noise, dust and cigarette smoke

Job Duties
- Facilitate all guest requests including shopping for guests on-site and off-site
- deliver food for all butler areas
- assist all aspects of butler operations
- maintain cleanliness of assigned outlets, butler stations, and equipment
- communicate items to be ordered to management
- deliver products consistently to all suites
- run and stock items necessary for operation of bars
- assist bartenders when needed
- take beverage and food orders efficiently
- prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per department specifications
- ensure assigned areas are clean, well-stocked, and ready for business
- maintain compliance with Clark County Health Codes
- provide unmatched service to guests
- interact with guests taking drink orders and delivering high quality drinks in a timely manner
