Job Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- Proof of authorization to work in the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with business contacts
- Maintain professional appearance
- Adhere to The Venetian and Palazzo Guest Service Standards
- Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Minimum of one year high volume runner experience preferred
- Experience in hotel casino environment preferred
- Must be able to obtain Health, TAM, and Non-gaming cards
- Possess superior customer service skills
- Ability to lift or carry 50 pounds unassisted
- Willingness to work outdoors in heat, cold, and inclement weather
- Physical ability to access all areas of property
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Ability to interact appropriately with guests and team members
- Capability to stand, walk, stretch, bend, and kneel for prolonged periods
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Exposure to environmental factors like CRT, noise, dust, and smoke

- Minimum of one year high volume experience as a runner for butler areas preferred
- Experience in a hotel casino environment preferred
- Ability to obtain Health, TAM and Non-gaming cards

Job Duties
- Facilitate all guest requests including shopping for guests on-site and off-site
- Deliver food for all the butler areas
- Assist all aspects of the butler operations
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned outlets, butler stations, and equipment at all times
- Communicate items to be ordered to management when needed
- Efficiently take beverage and food orders
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to department specifications
- Operate all bar equipment
- Ensure assigned areas are clean, well-stocked to pre-established pars, and ready for business
- Maintain compliance with Clark County Health Codes
- Provide unmatched service to guests at all times
- Interact with guests taking drink orders and deliver timely high-quality drinks
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Provide service or assistance to meet guest needs
- Comply with departmental policies and procedures
- Maintain safety as an essential function
- Consistent and regular attendance
- Perform other duties as assigned
